Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the ContentHero iOS, iPadOS and watchOS app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them — and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to all App Store apps. Where these Terms are silent, the Apple EULA controls.
1. The service
ContentHero generates social-media captions, hashtags and hooks with AI, for the platforms you choose. The app is provided by Webkoding ("we", "us"). Contact: arif.ozelci@webkoding.com.
2. Free tier and subscriptions
- The free tier includes a limited number of generations per day.
- ContentHero Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $24.99/year or $2.99/month (prices may vary by region; the App Store shows the exact price before purchase). New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store → Subscriptions.
- Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
3. AI-generated content
- Captions are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive or unsuitable. Review before posting — you are responsible for what you publish.
- You own the topics you provide; to the extent we hold any rights in generated output, we assign them to you.
- Don't use the app to produce unlawful, hateful, deceptive or rights-infringing content, or content that violates the rules of the platform you post to.
4. Your own API keys
If you connect a personal OpenAI or Anthropic key, your use of those services is governed by their terms, and their usage fees are your responsibility. Keys are stored only in your device Keychain.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law, abuse or overload the generation service, resell access, or use automated means to extract the service at scale.
6. Third-party platforms
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn are trademarks of their owners. ContentHero is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; posting remains subject to each platform's terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app anytime; deleting your data is available in Settings. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version always lives at this URL with the date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
